Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Beyond25, an AI-powered music curation service by IronCoffee LLC. Cloud AI may process your prompts through Google (Gemini) and/or OpenRouter. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and not to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform. Beyond25 is offered on a free tier and on paid Plus and Pro subscriptions; paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are billed through the app store or payment processor you bought them from. App store refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies; unused web purchases can be refunded within 7 days. You are responsible for content you share or publish. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
